That was the moment I ask her name and stated "You don't even understand how grateful I am that you took the time to clarify and actually cared. Whether or not, my policy is $1 or $1,000,000 dollars. You just made me want to stay with State Farm only if I can transfer to your office." Then Ms. JoAnna explained the transfer process.
